Hollie is UM Global HR's subject matter expert in Executive Compensation, Job Evaluation & Market Analysis, Base Pay Administration, Performance Management Training, FLSA Compliance, Project Management, HRIS Implementation & Modeling, Benefit Administration & Communication.
Some of the most recent projects Hollie successfully completed where she provided total compensation and benefits analysis were for Motorola, Hotels.com and Affiliated Computer Services. She has developed, implemented and delivered performance management training for management teams. Her solid experience is highlighted with a deep knowledge in conducting job evaluations to determine appropriate salary grade, salary range and equity levels for new and existing positions, and consulting with management, and provided recommendations for resolving compensation-related issues.
She is knowledgeable in maintaining and implementing Oracle HRIS, administration of stock awards and conducting market analysis and research.
Hollie holds a CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) designation from “World-at-Work” and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.
