Dr. Manuel Reyes Mazon renders his expertise in teaching as a professor and teaching as in public schools teacher and administrator, as well as his educational management experience that spans beyond 30 years. His professional experience is focused on university administration, public school administration, teacher training, project management and certifications process.

Reyes' experience includes national and global expertise on academic qualifications, job requirements, and certifications across a variety of disciplines and university positions. He taught and worked in the Philippines and South Pacific.
He served as Director for the Southwest Region Teacher Corp training and assistance program. He developed Curriculum curriculum for the TED Multicultural Education program and . He previously served as a Principal at Thoreau Elementary School Grades and K-8 District Director of Curriculum & Federal Programs.

He developed a sequence of programmed materials on test-taking skills for short-term workshops to prepare teachers for the Texas ExCET examination. He also developed ESL and Bilingual bilingual Methodology methodology for Regular regular classroom Teachersteachers, and multilingual and multicultural Teachingteachers; and rationale and strategies for regular classroom teachers in multilingual, multicultural classrooms. He conducted training for 90 Flint Public School teachers on multilingual, multicultural teaching (four one day sessions a year). He also conducted the cultural Audit at Beard Elementary School; , Detroit Public Schools.

His teaching k-12 experience includes an Elementary elementary School school Teachingteaching, District Music Supervisor, Secondary School, Gallup-Mckinley County School District; Gallup, New Mexico. Dr. Mazon’s broad public education experience also includes teaching at the University of New Mexico, San Diego State University, Texas Southern University and Wayne State among others. In all these positions, Dr. Mazon’s emphasis was on public school teaching and administration in multicultural environments.

His unique public education experience and familiarity with New Mexicosoutwest public schools lends well to the identification and evaluation of comparison school districts and administrative positions, duties, and responsibilities.

Dr. Manuel Reyes Mazon obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Texas, Austin Texas, his M.A, degree from New Mexico Highlands University, Las Vegas, New Mexico, and his B.A. degree from Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff, Arizona.
