Dr. Rodolfo Rocha provides expertise in educational management and 30 years experience in university and public school teaching and administration. Dr. Rocha has retired from teaching and academic administration work and renders his services today "in kind" to support charitable institutions that work in helping Hispanic children achieve good education. Dr. Rocha advises the team of UM Global HR on issues pertaining to higher education. He, however does not draw salaries from UM Global HR, nor does he receive any compensatory fee for the advise he provides to UM Global HR.

Dr. Rocha is a very active community leader in academic advancements of Hispanic children, educational change and innovation in public education.

Dr. Rodolfo Rocha obtained his Ph. D. Degree in History from Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas, and M.A. and B.A. Degrees in History from Pan American University, Edinburg, Texas .
